Booking Your Diet Plan

Please note that 2 hampers are required for each week of dieting on the 7 day diet plan. If needed you will be able to skip any selected delivery dates to suit your schedule.

Delivery

The seven day diet plan is delivered twice a week on a Tuesday and Friday. You can expect to recieve your diet plan between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. There is an additional charge of £7 if you wish to select an a.m. or p.m. delivery time for your diet plan. Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work, whichever is best for you. Please note for Northern Ireland customers, there is an additional charge of £7 per delivery.
